The United Way of Buffalo and Erie County hosts a 21-day racial equity email challenge. This email series takes participants on a 21-day journey of learning and self-discovery that aims to develop more effective social justice habits around issues of race, power, privilege, and leadership. Community members can participate as individuals or as a part of a workplace, place of worship, professional association, or more.
